Join me for a beginners Pilates class where we will focus on clear foundations to build a strong core connection and awareness to the whole of your body.
In this class you will be guided through the Classical Pilates repertoire using the key principles of Pilates with modifications to suit all abilities.

Class location
The studio is located on the cork road, opposite George Corbett Motors Car Dealership. Enter the small road between texaco petrol station/ Nissan car garage and La Vida Loca Mexican Food Truck. The code on the gate is 2024 to enter the premises. IRP Studio is located directly on the right once you enter the gate.
