This class is for you if you are looking for an active and sometimes strong yoga practice.
All classes start with a breath meditation to calm and relax the mind before we begin our yoga class. We will then move between Hatha yoga which is more static poses focuses on alignment, muscle engagement, building strength and flow yoga practice where we will move with the breath continuously connecting each pose. The wonderful thing about flow is that it is a very mindful movement.  It will also encourage lymphatic stimulation along with cardio vascular activity. Each class will finish with a relaxing shavasana to bring you back in balance before returning to the rest of your day. 

What to bring?
Yoga mat, 1 or 2 blocks, a strap or belt and a blanket.

What to wear?
Loose comfortable breathable clothing, along with layers that you can add or take off as needed.
